Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Compliance & Safety Senior Officer to oversee and maintain the compliance of our EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organization (CAMO approval to be obtained soon). The successful candidate will ensure the company continuously meets all applicable regulatory and safety requirements, with a focus on Airbus A320 family aircraft. This is a senior role, hands-on role based in Sofia, directly supporting line and base maintenance operations in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-145, Part-M, and Part-CAMO interfaces for maintenance activities
Develop(adjust) and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Program, including scheduled audits and surveillance across all stations
Support CMM Perform internal audits, subcontractor audits, supplier evaluations, and manage findings with proper root cause analysis and CAPA
Interface with national aviation authorities (BG CAA and others) for audits, approvals, and certification matters
Develop(adjust) and manage the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with ICAO Annex 19 and EASA requirements
Monitor safety reports, perform risk assessments, and ensure a proactive safety culture throughout the organization
Provide safety and compliance training and mentoring to maintenance personnel and technical teams
Support and lead investigations into safety incidents, audit findings, and technical non-conformities
Maintain and update company manuals: CAME, MOE, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, and audit checklists
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures, standards, and risk mitigation practices
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety, or equivalent technical education
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an EASA Part-145 AMO
Proven knowledge of Airbus A320 (CFM56/V2500) maintenance standards and practices
In-depth understanding of EASA Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAMO, and related EU regulations
Lead Auditor qualification (EN9100/ISO9001 or EASA standard)
Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems and root cause analysis (REDA, 5-Why, etc.)
Experience liaising with civil aviation authorities, ideally the BG CAA
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Bulgarian language is an advantage

Technical Support Engineer
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the position:
The Technical Support Engineer bridges daily operations and reliability engineering for the Wizz Air Hungary and Malta fleets. This role focuses on monitoring repetitive defects, performing troubleshooting analysis, and driving improvements in fleet reliability and maintenance practices.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop procedures to address long-term reliability issues
Investigate repetitive defects, issue corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification
Identify potential system failures under the predictive maintenance program, issue pre-emptive corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification
Collaborate with MCC and engineering departments to resolve daily operational issues and assist with AOG recoveries
Own CEIS or trial projects, manage OEM reporting and communication and follow up post-trial
Oversee temporary repairs performed during AOG recoveries or base maintenance, liaise with OEM for final repair instructions, and coordinate with planning and material supply teams
Handle long-term troubleshooting cases beyond MCC's scope, including OEM communication and rectification organization
Build strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure continued airworthiness and improve fleet reliability
Refine processes to enhance aircraft reliability and AMP effectiveness
Lead ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned
Follow Safety Management System requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years of relevant work experience within a CAMO or AMO organization (desired)
Fluent spoken and written English
B1/B2 license (beneficial)
A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) (desired)
Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training (desired)
Thorough knowledge of Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulations
Experience with AMOS (preferred)
Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Aviomar Flight Academy is a leading training organization located in Rome, Italy operating a fleet of Cessna and Diamond light aircraft managed under own EASA CAO approval.
In your role, you will:Troubleshoots, repairs, inspects and performs maintenance on customer aircraft.

As our ideal candidate,
You hold an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1.2 and/or B3 and/or B2

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Flight Instructor at our Rome Urbe Training Centre. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for conducting flight training and ground instruction for student pilots, as well as maintaining appropriate records of all training given. The Flight Instructor will also be required to participate in regular instructor meetings and liaise with the Safety Management System.
