Technical Support Engineer 

Based in Budapest

Purpose  of the position: 

The Technical Support Engineer bridges daily operations and reliability engineering for the Wizz Air Hungary and Malta fleets. This role focuses on monitoring repetitive defects, performing troubleshooting analysis, and driving improvements in fleet reliability and maintenance practices.

 Duties and responsibilities: 

 Develop procedures to address long-term reliability issues 

 Investigate repetitive defects, issue corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification 

 Identify potential system failures under the predictive maintenance program, issue pre-emptive corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification 

 Collaborate with MCC and engineering departments to resolve daily operational issues and assist with AOG recoveries 

 Own CEIS or trial projects, manage OEM reporting and communication and follow up post-trial 

 Oversee temporary repairs performed during AOG recoveries or base maintenance, liaise with OEM for final repair instructions, and coordinate with planning and material supply teams 

 Handle long-term troubleshooting cases beyond MCC's scope, including OEM communication and rectification organization 

 Build strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure continued airworthiness and improve fleet reliability 

 Refine processes to enhance aircraft reliability and AMP effectiveness 

 Lead ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned 

 Follow Safety Management System requirements 

 Requirements: 

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

 3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years of relevant work experience within a CAMO or AMO organization (desired) 

 Fluent spoken and written English 

 B1/B2 license (beneficial) 

 A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) (desired) 

 Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training (desired) 

 Thorough knowledge of Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulations 

 Experience with AMOS (preferred) 

 Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

 Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 

 Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Nous recherchons un ingénieur Qualité Projet pour un de nos clients dans le secteur du transport pour prendre en charge le suivi des phases de conception, développement et production de systèmes électroniques. Le ou la candidate aura en charge le suivi d'un portefeuille d'affaires lié plus particulièrement à l'Aéronautique civile et militaire (systèmes embarqués).

La mission :

 Analyser les exigences clients, réglementaires et internes en phase d'avant vente et de développement, et élaborer la matrice de conformité qualité

 Définir et mettre en oeuvre les dispositions qualité sur projet en s'appuyant sur la SMQ

 Rédiger les plans qualité

 Participer à la préparation et à la tenue des revues d'ingénierie et s'assurer de leur bon déroulement

 Etablir le tableau de bord qualité du projet pour être en mesure d'alerter préventivement en cas de dérive

 Approuver les livrables documentaires et les cycles de relecture associés. 

 Assurer un support à la réalisation et/ou animer des AMDEC Design/Process et l'identification des Critical Item, ainsi que des Analyses Causales des problèmes rencontrés en développement (8D, 5Pourquoi ?)

 Piloter la résolution des écarts produits ou process détectés depuis la phase de développement jusqu'au passage en vie série

 Faire le suivi des non conformités fournisseur afin de déterminer les causes racines de défaillances et vérifier les traitements des actions curatives et correctives

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Flight Instructor at our Rome Urbe Training Centre. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for conducting flight training and ground instruction for student pilots, as well as maintaining appropriate records of all training given. The Flight Instructor will also be required to participate in regular instructor meetings and liaise with the Safety Management System.

Qualifications and Requirements

A strong attitude towards Safety of Flight Operations

A passion for Training

An EASA CPL(A) License with IR and FI(A) Certificate (must be valid)

English ELP Level 4 or above

IRI, CRI certificates is an advantage but not a requirement.

Prior experience on aircraft types operated by the ATO
